B2BTraderr Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the B2BTraderr Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you (the "Affiliate") agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). B2BTraderr ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

1. Program Enrollment

• Affiliates must submit an application and be approved by B2BTraderr.

• Approval is at our sole discretion, and we may reject applications without explanation.

• Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date registration details.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote B2BTraderr ethically and legally, adhering to all Zambian laws.

• Prohibited activities include:

• Spam (unsolicited emails, messages, or ads).

• False or misleading claims about B2BTraderr’s services.

• Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material.

• Fraudulent traffic (e.g., fake clicks, bot-generated leads).

• Promotion on illegal, hateful, or adult-oriented platforms.

• legal compliance: Disclose affiliate relationships clearly (e.g., "#ad" or "Commission earned").

3. Commission Structure

• Seller Onboarding: 8% commission per verified seller referral.

• Product Sales: Commission rates vary per supplier and will be disclosed in your affiliate dashboard.

• Qualified sales: Commissions are earned only after payment is confirmed. Payouts: Processed at the end of each month via Bank Transfer.

4. Tracking & Attribution

• Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links and cookies.

• We are not liable for tracking errors due to ad blockers, user actions, or technical issues.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are issued within 5 business days after the month ends.

• Affiliates must provide valid payment details; errors may delay payouts.

• Taxes: Affiliates in are responsible for declaring income and paying applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

• Use only approved marketing materials (banners, links, etc.) provided by B2BTraderr.

• Do not modify logos, trademarks, or product descriptions without permission.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice.

• B2BTraderr may terminate accounts immediately for violations (fraud, spam, etc.).

• Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if earned through fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

• B2BTraderr is not liable for:

• Indirect damages (lost profits, data breaches, etc.).

• Affiliate’s marketing methods or third-party actions.

• We do not guarantee earnings or platform performance.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.

• Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or in Zambian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

• Updated Terms will be posted on B2BTraderr.com, and continued participation implies acceptance.
