B2BTraderr Selling Policies

Eligibility:

To be eligible to sell on B2BTraderr, sellers must be registered businesses that sell construction-related products or services. These include, but are not limited to, building materials, tools, equipment, and services such as installation, repair, and maintenance.

Product Listing:

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate and up-to-date. All listings must include detailed product information, including dimensions, weight, materials, and any certifications or approvals that the product may have. Sellers must also provide clear and accurate product images. Any false or misleading information provided in a listing may result in the suspension or termination of the seller's account.

Pricing:

Sellers must set competitive prices for their products. B2BTraderr reserves the right to remove any listings that are deemed to be priced excessively high or below market value.

Shipping and Handling:

Sellers are responsible for shipping and handling of their products. All products must be shipped within the timeframe specified in the listing and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Sellers must also provide tracking information for all shipped items.

Returns and Refunds:

Sellers must have a return and refund policy, which must be clearly stated in the product listing. All returns must be handled in a timely manner, and refunds must be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. In the event of a dispute between a seller and a buyer, B2BTraderr reserves the right to make a final decision on the matter.

Customer Service:

Sellers must provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. This includes, but is not limited to, answering questions about the product, addressing any issues with the order, and providing assistance with returns and refunds.

Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited from being sold on B2BTraderr:

• Hazardous materials
• Counterfeit items
• Stolen goods
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights

Compliance:

Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, those related to taxes, labor, and environmental protection. Sellers must also comply with all relevant industry standards and certifications.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes between sellers and buyers will be resolved through B2BTraderr's dispute resolution process. This process may include mediation and arbitration, as deemed necessary by B2BTraderr.

Termination:

B2BTraderr reserves the right to terminate a seller's account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, a violation of this policy. In the event of termination, the seller will be liable for any outstanding debts or obligations to B2BTraderr.
