Eligibility:

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through email, phone or online support ticket system. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
