Terms and Conditions for Manufacturers Joining B2BTraderr Construction Marketplace

Welcome to B2BTraderr Construction Marketplace! We are pleased to have you, a manufacturer, join our platform. To ensure fair and ethical practices within our marketplace and maintain a level playing field for all participants, we have established the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for manufacturers. By joining our platform, you agree to abide by these T&Cs:

 1. Eligibility:

To participate as a manufacturing company, you must be a registered business entity and have the necessary licenses and permits required by applicable laws and regulations. B2BTraderr reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time.

 3. Account Registration:

You must create an account on the B2BTraderr platform to access the marketplace. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

 4. Product Listings:

You may list your manufacturing products on the B2BTraderr platform, providing accurate and detailed descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other relevant information. You warrant that all product listings comply with applicable laws, are accurate, and do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

 5. Product Pricing:

   a. Fair Pricing: Manufacturers must offer their products at fair and competitive prices that align with market standards and prevailing industry rates.

   b. Bulk Selling: Manufacturers are required to sell their products in bulk quantities to cater to the needs of retailers and other buyers within the construction industry.

6. Prohibition of Undercutting:

   a. Retailer Protection: Manufacturers must refrain from engaging in any practices that intentionally undercut the prices offered by retailers on our platform.

   b. Pricing Consistency: Manufacturers should ensure that their pricing for the same products on our platform is significantly lower than the prices they offer outside the platform.

 7. Order Processing:

When a buyer places an order for your products, you agree to promptly process the order, including manufacturing, packaging. You are responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely of the products.

 8. Quality Assurance:

   a. Product Standards: Manufacturers are responsible for ensuring that their products meet industry standards, quality requirements, and comply with applicable regulations.

   b. Accurate Product Information: Manufacturers should provide accurate and detailed product descriptions, specifications, and any other relevant information to assist buyers in making informed decisions.

  9. Intellectual Property:

You retain all intellectual property rights to your product listings, brand names, logos, and other proprietary information. By listing your products on the B2BTraderr platform, you grant B2BTraderr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your listings for marketing and promotional purposes.

 10. Compliance with Marketplace Policies:

   a. Adherence to Platform Rules: Manufacturers must comply with all the rules, guidelines, and policies set forth by B2BTraderr Construction Marketplace.

   b. Transparent Communication: Manufacturers should maintain open and honest communication with buyers and promptly address any queries, concerns, or complaints related to their products or services.

 11. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any disputes between you and a buyer or B2BTraderr, you agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies available under the laws of Zambia.

 12. Termination of Membership:

   a. Non-Compliance: B2BTraderr Construction Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of manufacturers who repeatedly violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any activities that undermine the integrity of the marketplace.

 13. Modification:

B2BTraderr reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the platform's notifications. By continuing to use the marketplace after the modifications, you accept and agree to the revised terms and conditions.
